| | About Us | Digital Art Shop offers unique and exclusive Digital Art Prints. Many of our Prints are personalised. One person, using high quality equipment and materials, does the entire process, from conception to finished product. I have been selling these Prints and others since 1998. We are based in the United Kingdom (England).
We also carry a limited number of select collectibles, ranging from “First Day Covers” “Collectable Phone Cards” “China” Titanic Related Items” to some more quirky, unique, and unusual items. Please check back often! as our stock is constantly changing. | | Sales & Returns | All sales on our personalised items are considered final. It is very important to get the personalisation right, we will work with you via email until we are both sure that you will get exactly what you purchase.
We will do our utmost to describe our Collectibles accurately. However, we are only human and unfortunately, mistakes may happen from time to time.
If the purchase of one of our non-personalised item gets to you, and you believe we have made a mistake, we would ask you to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If we have made a mistake, we would appreciate the chance to work on a mutually agreeable solution.

Payment is required at time of purchase. | | Shipping & Insurance | Shipping costs include Insurance, Delivery Confirmation & Tracking when applicable. Insurance will apply mostly to our Collectibles.
We will ship Worldwide via Royal Mail UK unless otherwise noted in the item description. Should you be unsure as to whether we ship to your part of the world, please contact us.
All Personalised Items will be dispatched within 4 business days (excluding bank holidays, weekends & holidays) of cleared payment. You will be notified via email of your shipping information.
PLEASE NOTE: International non UK Buyers are responsible for any Customs charges should they arise.
All appropriate Customs Forms will be filled in.
Once an item has been posted, the delivery time can vary greatly. We cannot guarantee or control delivery time, nor will we. Within the UK items are normally received within 3 business days. International deliveries can take up to 20 days, although in our experience it is more likely to be between 4 to 10 days. The whole process however is up to the individual destination country.
Shipping Insurance
Insurance will be purchased from the Royal Mail UK at our discretion.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please email us immediately so we may file a claim. Please DO NOT dispose of any packaging etc. In some cases it helps to have pictures of any damaged items, however this will only be required for more expensive claims.
Please make sure you have alternate arrangements for your item if you will not be available at the time of delivery. It is Industry Standard to VOID Shipping Insurance if your parcel is lost, or stolen, from the “Send To” address given at time of checkout. Once the Royal Mail UK delivers your item, their and our responsibilities and obligations end - and unfortunately NO REFUND can be given by Royal Mail UK or Digital Art Shop -
